Pros:The agent was really laid back and made the pick up and drop off process SUPER easy.Cons:The care they gave me is a death trap because I was driving in very wintry conditions. Places without snow and ice might have been fine.Reviewed Jan 16 2019

Rental agent wasn't even there, so couldn't pick uCons:Rental agent wasn't even at the desk. Waited 30 min and tried calling the phone number left on a sign which went straight to voicemail. The agents at the other car rental companies' desks nearby said they hadn't even seen anyone come in today. I gave up and rented a car from National instead.Reviewed Nov 20 2015
