Cons:Specifically asked at Nashville if I could change my payment method at drop off (different location) and was told yes. At drop off they said they can't do it, that I need to call Nashville, and they can. Called Nashville and they can't do it over the phone, I need to go to that location (i'm in a different state now). Called customer care- and they just had an attitude with me telling me if I want to change it I need to go to Nashville.Reviewed Jul 25 2017
