We waited an hour to pick up our car after arrivong a bit early and it seemed uncertain whether we would get one at all. The seemingly only person working inside did not try to organize or direct the room of 10+ people waiting at all. Then, they were snippy when questions were asked and we attempted to sign in to ensure we'd get a car in the order we arrived. Might be fine for a long trip because of the price, but don't rent if you need to be elsewhere at a certain time or just for a weekend. It's not worth the wait.Reviewed May 13 2024

I completed my pre check in as it said “avoid the line” and just pick up your car. I already pre paid for the car and when I got there, I showed them my Apple Card via my cell phone as I do not have a “physical” card. They would not accept me not having a physical card even tho it was pre paid and my card was charged—— and I pre checked in! So I had to make a new reservation while I was at the counter, made me run late to my meeting and I had to pay 2 times for a car rental! I will never use them again.Reviewed May 13 2024

The customer service agent was rude and rushed so much, calling the next person to the counter when I was paying and signing in the POS system. He also provided the wrong car information, taking me an extra half to find the car and get back into the line to fix it.Reviewed May 13 2024

I was charged more than twice the amount of my reservation. I was directed to twi non-existent pickup locations. There was no car available until the day after my pickup date. I was given a smaller vehicle. The vehicle I was given had a non functioning passenger window and USB ports as well.Reviewed May 12 2024

Office seemed disorganized and unprofessional. There were two other customers ahead of me and I waited nearly 20 minutes to be waited on while the agents chatted with customers. Drop off was very smooth, but pick up was agonizingly tedious.. Also, I was not aware of that. I had to go offsite out of the airport to pick up the car. I had been a Budget customer previously, and intend to go back to Budget next time.Reviewed May 12 2024

I did not receive the vehicle that I reserved. They told me that had to give me an upgraded vehicle and that I had to pay extra $175 for the vehicle because they gave my smaller car to someone else.Reviewed May 11 2024
