Didn’t like anything had to cancel because they wanted to see a physical card even though everything was paid for in advance and I had id …I was waiting on a replacement card in the mail and used Apple Pay when I booked it …I don’t understand why they needed my card again even tho every fee was paid they couldn’t tell me why either…had to cancel and lost out on a 100 dollars ended up using Turo way better experienceReviewed May 21 2024

Customer service at Hertz Caen was exceptional. Patient and friendly explanations of how the Tesla worked to a novice Tesla driver like me. Minor downside was that the office was closed for lunch (when I had made the booking for 130pm) so we had to wait till 2pm till they opened.Reviewed May 21 2024

Staff were professional, pick up and drop off easy. Price? Awful. I felt like I was " nickel and dimed" with fees that weren't on the web page, such as$10 per day for a gas car, $10 plus toll for every day I used a toll road and the ez pass. It was HORRIBLE and TIME-CONSUMING! We didn't notice that the car we rented was to be picked up at your location in downtown Denver; after first stopping at the Denver airport Hertz, your agent told us to go downtown Denver to pick it up. We waited 20 minutes for the train that took 30 minutes to go from the airport to downtown Denver, then Uber to your downtown location, which closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, and we finally got there at 6 p.m.! Therefore, we called, and you canceled it. Thank you. BUT, we WASTED A LOT OF OUR SHORT VISITING TIME WITH OUR FAMILY, CHASING DOWN OUR RENTAL, WHICH WE ULTIMATELY COULD NOT GET! Subsequently, we rented from another company. On the positive side, the Hertz representative whom we spoke to about this fiasco was very understanding, and, as I said, she canceled the reservation. Technically, this was our fault. I'm an old man and don't travel much now.Reviewed May 20 2024
