Cons:Car was not very comfortable. Windshield cracked while parked - eg. not due to anything happening while car was in motion.

Cons:Car quality below average, full of dents and scratches. Also snow chain wasn’t available promptly, I needed to ask around several staff to have it done

Cons:It was the worst rental ever. It took us almost 3 hours to rent a car and when returning it the worker charged me another day even though when I rented the lady said it was okay to return it at that time. So I ended up paying more and I could've gone to another company. The worst I'll never rent with hertz again.

Cons:Even though I showed the attendant my fuel receipt after filling up 15 minutes earlier, he put down we only had a half a tank. Everything about it, from pick-up to drop-off was a NIGHTMARE.

Pros:The car and pick up was pleasant.
Cons:The man who I dropped off the car (in Cosenza Italy) to didn't even look at the car. Only asked me one question "Is there gas in it? And I needed help. I needed guidance on how to catch a train. He barely looked up, told me to go to a gas station because he couldn't help. Was curt. I thought it was unacceptable.

Pros:Friendly staff made returning our vehicle easy. Google Maps took us right to the correct location, but we had to loop around once to find a place to park the car. We just told one of the staff where it was parked and checked out. Metro stop just across the square from the office made it easy to get to our apartment in the city center.

Cons:Fee for 2nd driver, and neither hertz nor Groupon mentioned that they don't accept debit cards, so we had to wait for the for another family member to arrive his flight
