They didn’t even have a car.

Their website is terrible. It was hard to get through to a person on the phone. Our flight was canceled due to the software problem, and we were unable to get a refund for our car rental from Expedia or Hertz.
It was a Chevy spark not a Ford focus. Although I did prepay don't you all still email a recent again when you turn the car in? I didn't get a email recent after the car was turned in.
Cons:When I arrived at the Hertz location at FLL I was unapologetically told there would be at least an hour wait for a car even though I had a reservation. There were also about 40 other people who were waiting in the hot garage. There were cars waiting to be rented sitting right in from of us and I was told those cars were for people who had reservations......I had a reservation!
Pros:They were out of cars and I had to make a separate reservation at another car rental place. I never used this prepaid reservation and would like a refund.

because of flight delays and other issues we missed our pickup time such that it was cancelled and they still honored the reservation, then on the way out our flight got cancelled and we had to last minute make a reservation to get a car and they took care of us.
