Pros:The staff was very friendly but shorthanded. They need more staff at the location. Staff seem overwhelmed do to cars being returned with maintenance problems.
Cons:Having a broader inventory of reliable cars.

Cons:My flight was delayed. I called Hertz and told them the situation but because it was a holiday weekend the place I had selected wouldn't be open. I asked about another location and the only one that was open was the airport. They wanted $120 more for the same car with 1 less day. Then when I went to cancel it I for hit with the $50 dollar cancellation. I'll never rent from Hertz again.
