Pros:Good service, good new car and bus service at a great price. I will be back . Thank you.

Cons:First location where I booked did not have vehicle. I had to transfer via train to another location

Pros:Car was fine, but lacked any frills.
Cons:Heathrow and Manchester seem designed to give the worst possible first impression of the country, and the car rental facilities are the worst of the worst. Have the designers never traveled to a half-decent airport in the US, Asia or Europe? Poor signage (also at Gatwick); lousy shuttles; complacent service by people who clearly don't care. This trip was capped by a ridiculous charge for an invisible "dent". The car rental has a veneer of efficiency (e.g. Electronic check-in), but this was a poor and sloppy experience through-and-through.
Pros:Car had a Navigation unit and we didn't request one. Other companies try to upsell that type of thing so it was a nice surprise.
Pros:Upgrade to Nissan SUV was nice but it's a big vehicle for a British back roads. Everyone seemed to be getting an SUV or Mercedes- thank goodness she didn't try to give us the latter.
Cons:Lengthy wait at pickup, no one in LGW North Terminal office at all for first 10+ min. She called for help and help came, though, and everyone was friendly.
Pros:We got a brand new ford Focus, better than many cars in this bracket. Decent fuel ecconomy, but somewhat slow for overtaking etc!I
Cons:The only issue we had was the usual one when they add insurance at the pick-up. Expedia sold it as fully insured, but I turns out it didn't cover uninsured drivers so that was a ofver $100 :(
