Cons:First, they made me pay for a full tank of gas upon arriving at the airport. i.e. add the Hertz price for a tank of gas to the price I a confirmed on the internet booking. But what's really worst is that I was an hour later to return my car due to HERTZ ISSUES AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY!! Google maps did not show the correct location for the return office. Finding it on my own also proved impossible. Tried calling but it took several times to finally get through. The Hertz agent says he'll come get me ON FOOT and that from there we will go ON FOOT back to the agency office. This whole procedure took ages. I sent an email to customer service who said we exceeded the 29 minute grace period (the wait for the Hertz agent and the walk to the office exceeded 29 minutes alone) and hence they could not budge. We were charged AN ENTIRE DAY for being an hour late despite the fact that it was beyond our control.

Cons:No one at drop off office. Had to wait along time which caused me to be late to a meeting. Was mis-informed on gas charge option so was overcharged by 50 euro even after they confirmed it was their fault and I was mis-informed they still charged me excess charge.
