Pros:The car was clean.
Cons:The staff at both Abu Dhabi and Dubai airports can be more helpful and more professional... Somehow, they didn't seem interested in the job all together. Often ignoring my question.

For a very small dent in the below of the front bumper they charged me a 598 AED and they didn’t deduct it from the deposit money and didn’t take my authority to do that and even they didn’t send me an invoice

Cons:7 seater Car (Toyota Fortuner) had abnormal sound from front tire. I informed them and they replaced it with upgraded 5 seater car (Ford linkoln) which was not enough for my 7 family members and no 7 seat car was abailable. I had to return the car to them but they told my they will charge me for the whole period without refund for remaining days!!. I did not accept this and asked for refund. The employee at Abu Dhabi airport office documented my request and informed me that it will be sent to HERTZ office who will decide to refund or not. One week passed without refund.
Everything was good, except the pick-up was disaster, it took from me almost 45 min to finish my procees with them at Hertz Abu Dhabi office, they took very long time with each client, and there was an employee there totally unprofessional (his name is Zia).
Returning the car was complicated. They're was no information or signs. I will also update the review once the deposit block has been repented to my credit card.
Pros:the kindness of Hertz employees for pickup and return.
They have charged for 200$, but didn't explain why
