Pros:No worries about the car. Charged what was agreed upon. Hertz treated me as a valued customer even though I was getting an incredible rate on their car! Car was comfortable and operated better than expected. I don't typically rent the Intermediate class of cars. When I traveled for work, I always rented full size vehicles. This being a smaller car, I was hesitant but ended up being pleasantly surprised. I plan on renting through KAYAK again.
Cons:I understood from the rental agreement on this site that both my wife and I would be allowed to drive the Hertz vehicle. Hertz alerted me that only I could drive it and my wife would cost an additional $13.99 a day. I was not happy since this was close to what I paid for the car originally. But the Hertz attendant also told me that if I signed up for the Gold rewards program, my wife would be automatically allowed to drive the car with no questions. Problem averted thanks to Hertz. It could very well be that this site also stated that this would be the case and I didn't read it very well, but it really isn't an issue.

Pros:The Hertz inside the airport was helpful and was able to get us a rental. The location that I booked was not in the airport, which was my mistake, but the location was not even open at our arrival time making it impossible to pick up the car. I put our pick up time on the reservation and it should have notified me that this location was not open at that time. I double paid for car reservations.
Cons:Not letting me book a rental at a location that was closed at our arrival time.
Pros:Extremely cute ours and helpful, young lady was efficient and respectful.
Cons:You should update site so that the person who is making the booking is the same on the credit card and prevent the reservation from going through. I made the reservation in my name using my wife's credit card because I don't have one and I was told we couldn't use that reservation. We rented a car but I had to do it under my name on my debit/credit card. The car itself was not good. It was GMC Terrain which I believe is a mid-size SUV and not a standard and I do believe I rented a standard SUV. The brakes grabbed a lot and didn't seem to have a good exceleration.
