Pros:The car was nice and the service was fast.
Cons:The car was not cleaned thoroughly and they charged almost $90 to extend my rental from 12pm to 10pm. Ridiculous!

Cons:The interior wasn't as clean as I would expect. The smell of the deodorizer was almost overpowering. At the 4am dropoff there was no attendant on duty.
Cons:Drop off procedure was not clearly posted; path and location for drop-off also not posted or assisted by personnel. Parked car in arbitrarily chosen slot, unpacked bags and walked to kiosk to return keys. To inspect car for check-in, attendant required me to walk back and get the car (w bags in the process) and bring the car to the kiosk. Pathetic.
Pros:The car and friendly staff was great.
Cons:The entire experience from pickup to drop off everyone was great. This SUV drove great on the Mt. Lemmon Scenic Byway drive.

Cons:No after hour business drop box for keys- have to turn in to Concierge employee. I dropped off car same night it was rented 20th, then I find out per email, I was charged for returning late on the 23rd, and also charged for heavy smoke in vehicle!!! Very upset about declined charge $561. to card & the amount for being late/ heavy smoking!!!!!! I should have had employee swap the car out(we were running late)he drove it to me and took pictures per new Manager. He smelled the smoke just as we had,never have I had this happen!! Still waiting for refund,minus car Insurance,since this vehicle was prepaid!!!!!!
Pros:The car was of good quality.
Cons:The customer service, the price tag. We showed up to pick up at 1 AM after traveling 12 hours, and the employee at the desk gave us 2 options: minimum coverage or full coverage. We said minimum (making the mistake of assuming none wasn't an option, since he didn't clarify). So they hand us a bill for $433. This was higher than expected, but I had already been told $319 when I rented the car online. Several days later I come to realized they not only charged me the $319 but a full $433 ON TOP of that. Shocked and confused, I go to my bill which is extremely unclear, labeling my $319 as an "adjustment", rather than saying what is was, which was the rate for the rental car. So the $433 was $220 just for insurance coverage (which we did not need) plus taxes and a refundable deposit. I called customer service and no one was available on Saturdays, so I called Monday which was the day before our rental was due back, and they said there was nothing to be done. I will NEVER be back. And will be much more careful about insurance and just assume the guy at the counter is trying to rip us off... they must get commission on sales or something, because we paid $220 for absolutely nothing. Over 500 to rent a car for a week was way out of our budget and I couldn't have been more unhappy with the situation.
