The location off the freeway was nice.
There were multiple bugs in room, couldn't offer us a baby crib, couldn't re-book our room, we were forced to eat our money and leave for a new hotel about 2 miles away.
Indoor pool, super cold a/c, the comforters, breakfast, very quiet for a Friday night
It was relatively clean and pretty good location. Good price.
The hotel is very different. Very strange decor and public spaces. Would expect to see this hotel somewhere overseas, not in Central Texas. Lighting is very harsh and off-putting. Could use a good interior designer's touch!
Loved the bed. The most important part.
Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working the whole time and our bathroom light was dim one of the long life bulbs was out
I like how nice and clean it was for the price.
The room was beautiful and the bed was sooo comfortable. Loved the decor and cleanliness of the room
It was very nice clean and tidy and staff was very friendly
Location was good for our trip.
*staff was rude *room had mold growing in many places * pool room had mold growing everywhere *hot spa was discussing
It was fine
The location was convenient (close to interstate highway.
Did not receive a statement of charges at checkout.
Staff wasn't helpful and at times was very rude. Hotel and room were dirty. WIFI was said to offered but wasn't working. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
The staff was extremely helpful
Our windows did not lock
Great location. Very convenient on/off IH-35.
It's a fairly new facility, and all furnishing are new and in good condition
Room floors are not vacuum daily.
Room was very nice!
The pool was deeper than posted depth.
Location Hearty breakfast Cleanliness
Hot water for shower was barely lukewarm Cramped breakfast area Decor in lobby was garish
This hotel was much nicer then we expected. The room was clean and very comfortable.
Large size rooms, it has some nice finishes
It has potential, more than meets the eye, but it's not well cared for, broken pool chairs scattered on grounds, a significant numbers of hall lights were burned. I think the employees could up it a bit by just paying attention. Pool area not inviting.
location was close to family
very noisy guests and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. If you like cereal or oatmeal your ok. Waffles were available maybe 2 out of 6 days. Eggs, sausage were terrible.
It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The location was great....they had good amenities
Was not informed of dallas cowboy themed room, staff was not helpful in accommodation, staff was not monitoring the pool/hot tub area as the parents were drinking as children were unruly and unsupervised.
Great hotel for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast
Advertised indoor pool & in Texas there is one reason for an indoor pool, to swim in the winter. But this pool had no heating at all and was in a cold room with Windows. Pool was ice water and no one swam. dDisappointing to a child who was excited.
It is newer so very updated
Actually plenty. The bathroom had a huge hairball left by a previous stay. The desk staff was not personable on any shift. I asked for some coffee around 10:30 in the morning and was told there was none. There are no snack mahines available either.
Size of the bed
Full of kids running up and down the hall Making lots of noise , no supervision !!
breakfast for guess and staff was down getting food the same time
Price was decent.
Room was hot on check in. Room key was finicky to operate. Lighting in bathroom was terrible. Shower water power was so-so. Rooms were not very sound proof and noisy.
It was very clean. And the rates were good.
Hotel staff at late night check in were not very friendly. The lobby felt cold and uninviting. And it was further from Baylor than we expected.
The hotel was near the highway and close to Baylor's campus.
The pillows were extremely lumpy- to the point of causing all in our party to wake up several times during the night.
It was very conveniently located for me. The lobby was very nice. The room was spacious. Breakfast was decent, especially the cinnamon rolls.
I did not think the staff was very friendly or helpful. I had an issue with some dirty wash cloths and not receiving wash cloths. After my complaint about the wash cloths, it seemed like one person at the desk was very unfriendly to me.
The breakfast at this hotel was very nice and we liked that the rooms had microwave ovens and a fridge/freezer unit.
Yes, it sounds funny, but we did NOT like the toilets! They are some newly-designed, water-saving toilet that doesn't work well. There was barely any water in the bottom of the toilet for flushing. Even my children complained about them!
great location for nearby tennis tournament
kind of noisy at night as pretty close to highway
there was wifi.. but not in the room, the breakfast was great
the ac didn't work well, they were rude about bed choice and the wifi didn't work in the room .and when i asked, the clerk was rude
Rooms were clean.
Elevator did not work-74 yr old mother had to use stairs. Water in pool looked dirty. Hot tub water was cold. Breakfast eggs & sausage not edible. Coffee tasted like water. Internet did not work. Room telephone did not work.
our one night stay in this one year old hotel was very nice. because of a long day of driving, we didn't make it into the pool and hot tub but looking in through the door, they looked nice. the room was spacious and relaxing. the one caveat was not being very close restaurants.
Staff was very good when we encountered a problem with the HVAC system in one room.
This is a new hotel and the first time I stayed here it was fabulous. This time the room was not nearly as clean, and as a former hotel housekeeper, I was disappointed. It would have been very nice if the room had been as clean as it was on my first stay here. Overall, however, the hotel is very nice. I have stayed at cheaper places around Waco, and the price difference was definitely worth it.
The hotel was new and cheap which made a great pick. The hotel may have been new but could still use some work. Some of the little things made it look like they just did not care when they built the hotel. The Staff was nice and helpful, we had new pillows and they were just tooo fat to sleep on. The person at the front desk gave us some different ones that the Manager had purchased him self. The rooms were nice and the beds were the best I had slept in I wanted to take it home! The area was hot and so the air conditioners had a lot of trouble keeping the rooms cool. But they were cool enough for me and my wife. Over all I think we got a good price on the hotel and had a nice stay. Rooms were clean and new beds! I would stay there again if I could stay for the same price. A nice 2 star I would say or a good 3 star.
