Imagine yourself sipping a refreshing drink in a jasmine-covered gazebo, listening to the sounds of a waterfall and watching koi swim playfully through the water garden. At your leisure, go canoeing, kayaking, tubing, or antiquing—whatever your indulgence may be.
Perhaps you would rather just relax, read a book, lounge with your special someone and enjoy your room, the gardens, or the many other special surprises that await you. At the end of the day, fall into bed and wrap yourself in luxurious sheets and a soft, downy featherbed.

Official Hotel Information
The Grady House was built around 1917. We have decorated the Grady House to create an ambiance of relaxed comfort to help you imagine a time gone by when the pace was a little slower and people had more time for the finer things in life. The house served as lodging for railroad workers when the railroad was a major industry in High Springs. Many of High Springs' citizens lived here as young married couples. The name is derived from a long-standing High Springs family, previous owners for many years. When you arrive , you can relax on our old Florida front porch swing or rocking chairs. Stroll downtown for shopping or dining. For our more energetic guests, we have bikes available.
