Pros:
Loved the Passat, with the exception of a seatbelt warning that kept going off without cause.Cons:
Budgets drop off deadline policy. I was only two hours into my third day of the rental, and wanted to extend my drop of by an extra two hours. Budget informed me that that would incur another days charge. I find this predatory.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I reserved a van in January for April 1. Went to pick it up and they said they didn’t have vans. Had to throw a fit and finally one came from 3 hours away.Cons:
The van was filthy. Food. Sticky greasy. Junk inside. But I took it because I really needed it to leave on vacation. Horrible experience.10.0 Wonderful

When picking up the car, I said I was going to fill the car up myself. She went over the price and we were all set. Later on, I was looking at the receipt and noticed it was $40 more than I was told because the pre purchased tank option was selected. We called trying to fix it, but corporate just gave us the phone number to where we picked it up and they did not answer. Moral of the story, double check all documents, even if you are clear and they say the right price.6.4 Okay

Service, if you could call it that. Hassle when called to pick up car, hassle when returned. Had rented for an employee and when I called to get the miles driven, you would think I asked for their first born. So disorganised, they had to call me back. First said they didn't know... Really???? I'm going to wait a couple days and check my credit card. Just don't trust the rental with all the disorganised paperwork and credit card scans. Even if they start renting a car for a dollar a day, I will choose another company.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
