Cons:It's rundown and dirty. My first room was disgusting, and I made them change me. The second was better, but not great. Internet was spotty. The bathroom soap was crappy, and the housekeeping didn't replenish the toilet paper.

Pros:Saturday night during scallop season was only $80....that is good. If want a non-smoking room, you need to be sure to include that in your reservation.
Cons:If you want waffles or cereal for breakfast, that's OK. Other than that, they had stale doughnuts.

Cons:Rude intoxicated men hanging out at the pool, displaying obnoxious disregard for others. Loud radios blasting well into the night, later than 11:00pm. Drunk adults outside the rooms talking loudly and laughing, and screaming vulgarities at each other. Multiple phone calls made to the front desk, but no assistance received. In fact, the desk clerk told me I should expect that kind of disturbance because the hotel has a cocktail lounge! Worst hotel/motel experience in more than 25 years.

Pros:I liked the price, location, and ease of access.
Cons:Need more towels in the rooms, even with 2 people, 2-3 is not enough when you're active. Breakfast was bleh, but we ate out for good local seafood so much we didn't care!

Cons:The check in lady was rude from the time we got there. After checking in we were just tired and wanted to rest. There were 4 of us but only 3 towels. I went down to ask for another towel for our other guest. She "claimed" she couldn't get any towels they were locked up in the manager's office. Like I'm an idiot & have no clue that all hotels have a housekeeping room. Then a guest came in behind me-making my issue seem irrelevant. He had just checked in and had NO towels at all! The desk clerk proceeded to tell him "Let me see if I can break in the manager's office." What in the world?! Frustrated I went back to our room. The air vents kicked on & immediately made the room smell like old, wet, moldy socks. The lamp had a short in the switch so we had to play with the cord to get it just so to stay on. I pulled back the shower curtains to see 2 dried up looking used wash cloths. Was totally disgusted. Called the front desk lady and she casually says "Oh we have a new girl. I'll talk with her about it." Whatever that was suppose to mean. Took a shower & noticed the water wasn't draining. I turned off the water being an inch of water was surrounding my feet & went down really slowly. Yuck! The bathroom air vent on the ceiling had dust bunnies & dried skeletal remains of dead spiders in them. The bottom of the bathroom door looked as if a dog had chewed on it. I went out to get ice at the ice machine (that was broke) to feel very frightened at the other guests. They looked very crackheadish like. And kept trying to talk to me as I proceeded back to my room quickly. I thought I was getting a deal paying around $80 for a room but this hotel wasn't worth a dime. Take my advice. Pay the extra at another hotel. This was a nightmare!

Pros:The restaurant was very good. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. This was the highlight of our stay.
Cons:Breakfast was not as good as other breakfasts at other hotels. Improvement is needed or just don't offer as a benefit of the stay.

Pros:Location that's it.
Cons:Was Wayyyy too noisy, we got no sleep due to a party in a neighboring room, that went on til 6am the next morning. Then the average early risers going down for free breakfast and then back to their rooms. It was terrible, like no noise barriers between rooms.
