Cons (-) It's rundown and dirty. My first room was disgusting, and I made them change me. The second was better, but not great. Internet was spotty. The bathroom soap was crappy, and the housekeeping didn't replenish the toilet paper.

Pros (+) Saturday night during scallop season was only $80....that is good. If want a non-smoking room, you need to be sure to include that in your reservation.
Cons (-) If you want waffles or cereal for breakfast, that's OK. Other than that, they had stale doughnuts.

Cons (-) Rude intoxicated men hanging out at the pool, displaying obnoxious disregard for others. Loud radios blasting well into the night, later than 11:00pm. Drunk adults outside the rooms talking loudly and laughing, and screaming vulgarities at each other. Multiple phone calls made to the front desk, but no assistance received. Pros (+) I liked the price, location, and ease of access.
Cons (-) Need more towels in the rooms, even with 2 people, 2-3 is not enough when you're active. Breakfast was bleh, but we ate out for good local seafood so much we didn't care!

Cons (-) The check in lady was rude from the time we got there. After checking in we were just tired and wanted to rest. There were 4 of us but only 3 towels. I went down to ask for another towel for our other guest. She "claimed" she couldn't get any towels they were locked up in the manager's office. Like I'm an idiot & have no clue that all hotels have a housekeeping room. Then a guest came in behind me...

Pros (+) The restaurant was very good. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. This was the highlight of our stay.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not as good as other breakfasts at other hotels. Improvement is needed or just don't offer as a benefit of the stay.
