Cons (-) It's rundown and dirty. My first room was disgusting, and I made them change me. The second was better, but not great. Internet was spotty. The bathroom soap was crappy, and the housekeeping didn't replenish the toilet paper.

Pros (+) Saturday night during scallop season was only $80....that is good. If want a non-smoking room, you need to be sure to include that in your reservation.
Cons (-) If you want waffles or cereal for breakfast, that's OK. Other than that, they had stale doughnuts.

Cons (-) Rude intoxicated men hanging out at the pool, displaying obnoxious disregard for others. Loud radios blasting well into the night, later than 11:00pm.
