Overall, excellent value for money. Rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. All staff very friendly. Beautiful spot for sunrises with a great balcony. Large rooms and a nice pool area. Breakfast was pretty complete. Chill out area is great with a nice view over the bay. Great location near a great beach and restaurants. Clean, modern, and stylish rooms. Big open space, rooms clean with a kettle and fridge. Lovely hotel situated in a quiet area of the Bay. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t very powerful or cold.

The sun beds were ridiculous. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t very powerful or cold. Sleeping was not so comfortable due to having 2 single beds stuck together instead of one big bed. Area of tea and coffee facilities in the room had no plug for the kettle. Poor WiFi connection throughout the property and beds are very hard to sleep on. Woke up with a sore back each morning. On arrival and booking in got charged extra which was unexpected. Strict rules on pool time and a little dirty walk to the beach. Beds were quite uncomfortable and too firm. The cleaning and the location. No air con for 3 days. Cleaning staff never cleaned properly. Skipped 2 days, skipped cleaning both the balcony and tables. The pool area could be open longer. Breakfast options for vegetarians were somewhat limited and same every day. The food at the pool bar was not up to a 4-star hotel standard. Not very friendly staff, to the extent of unfriendly at times. Breakfast not included in the price. Pool closes far too early at 7 pm. Little ambience in the bar, no music/DJ etc. When a superior double room is booked, I would expect a double bed not two single beds pushed together with separate sheets. Couldn’t fault it really, apart from having no milk for tea and coffee in the room.

The hotel is just off the main road directly behind a spar, restaurants, etc., with a beach to both its left and right, within a few minutes' walk.

The staff are available 24 hours a day and can assist with booking tours and tickets. The reception manager was lovely, efficient, professional, and very helpful. The reception and kitchen staff were nice and helpful. The pool staff were entertaining and a lovely team. The staff were extremely helpful during a stressful situation for a group. The reception staff are welcoming and very helpful. The hotel offers a 24hr front desk, multi-lingual staff, and wake-up service.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the bay or pool comes highly recommended.
