We arrived early at the Hotel, our room was not ready yet. They put us in another room till ours was ready, so we didn't have to just spend time going nowhere. the room was clean and kitchenette had everything i needed. It was close to the airport without being to close.
Beautiful and modern hotel. We enjoyed the bath and room size. The amenities are nice. I really only have 2 complaints. First the male Hispanic front desk clerkthat checked us into our rooms wasn't very friendly. The other interactions I had with various other clerks were pleasant. I would ask that they be mindful to check the duvets because both changes were stained with bodily fluid. Would I stay again, absolutely I will make sure to do more thorough room checks.
Great hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly. Very helpful. You asked they had it ! The room was clean and beautiful. The kitchenette was fully stocked with pots and pans. They had a 24 hour shuttle that would take you 5 miles far. Very helpful. Love. Love. Love. What was very incredible was their breakfast. It was really good. Great variety. Most hotels have cold bagels and juice. Some fruit. But not the element. They had eggs. Potatoes. Gravy. Waffles Oatmeal. Fruit.
This was the perfect way to sped our 13 hour layover in Dallas. Too bad there are not more Element properties around, we would make it our first choice often. My wife thought the bed was wonderful, I thought it good but you can't please everyone all the time. This property sas perfect for us!
I'm a Starwood Preferred Guest, and I prepaid for my room a month in advance (because I knew I'd be flying in late and had to get up early the next morning for a crucial client meeting). When I arrived I found that the staff had sold my prepaid room to another customer. To make matters worse, the staff treated me as if it was my problem and I had done something wrong. (They went so far as to recommend that I could share a room with another male guest.) IF THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE AWAY A ROOM ON A LONG TERM LOYAL SHERATON CUSTOMER, WHAT WILL THEY DO TO YOU? I had a three day reservation, and they forced me to return to the hotel for the last two days. There were insects in my room, if that sort of thing matters to you. I highly recommend that you avoid this hotel.
The hotel is setup for long term stay if you are in for business but very comfortable for short stays as well. We stayed 2 nights and left very early morning. The shuttle was setup the night before and they let us keep our vehicle there while we were away so we had transportation to and from the hotel and free parking. We found this room at a very very reasonable price (4 star spot for a 2 star price). We had a little trouble with reservations because they told us there was nothing special we could purchase for our first honeymoon night but then the manager that greeted us reported that is not so. The weekend night manager was great though. He made a big deal and all of the staff treated us exceptionally well. The rooms themselves are sleek and modern. They are a green facility; which we love. They do not sacrifice comfort for their LEED status. The beds were plush and comfortable, the kitchen was decked out, the showers were pleasant, and the sitting area was comfortable and spacious. The pool area was clean and comfortable, the computer workstations were easy to use but did not offer much privacy. The hotel was very clean. They have many different beverages and foods available for purchase. They also have a great breakfast buffet that includes healthy and tasty foods. I recommend for those on business trips, couples, those who are environmentally conscious. I don't know about how it would work with kids but I really see no problems. The only cons are reservations are booked through and offsite call center and if you need anything special be sure to call the hotel directly. Since they are a 'green' hotel they do a reduction in power at certain times I believe; once you figure out the controls it's not that big of a deal.
This hotel was so awesome and it was such a fair price! We came down for OU/Texas weekend and it was really close to the downtown area.
the grapevine mills mall is easy access to this hotel location. no complaints on staff or room.
This ultra modern hotel is a fun place to go for somthing different. The hotel prides itself on being environmentally green in every capacity possible. The morning breakfast is AWESOME, I would stay again JUST for the breakfast. The rooms are fun, the bathrooms are great! The only downfalls are that there there is the hotel has an odd address...difficult to find on any map or GPS. The other downfall is that once you leave the hotel there is really no place to go in terms of walking (since it is located next to a highway and major road.)
very nice hotel.big rooms with kitchen and very confortable beds. would recomend it. breakfast is also very good.
