The bed was very uncomfortable. The platform works if the mattress is good but otherwise ... ouch.
The staff was awesome and did their best to fix all the issues.
The listing is inaccurate - there is no extra charge for a queen bed. Bed's are hard as a rock. Linoleum floors are cheap and uncomfortable to walk on. Location is about as far from the park as you can get and still be in Jackson.AVOID!!!! Over priced for what you get - no free Wifi ($3 per device per 24 hour period), linoleum floors throughout, Priceline listing and prices are inaccurate. We got stuck in a double double room when we'd requested a queen bed room. No little freebies in the room that we've all come to expect as normal like shampoo, tissues, etc - all available on request in the lobby however if you have the foresight to ask for it when you're down there. The beds were about as hard as a rock - my back has bothered me ever since and I'm used to sleeping on a camp pad! The only bright spot was the staff - both the general manager and her assistant did their be...
It was in my price range.
Please put some carpet on the floor.Ovrall it was pleasing. It made it possible for us to have a few days stay in Jackson.
The fact that it was remodeled, no more stinking carpet, nice functional storage , an accent red wall behind the bed instead of those insipid cheap decor painting. The critic part of those remarks are about any motel I stayed...
NoThe coffee was decent. I asked who designed the remodel and they say it was a French company called 'Accord'. I wish all the motel6's remodel like the one of Jackson Hole. I liked that it was not downtown with the tourist shops, it is situated in a new developed area, nice post office, library, and a great restaurant 'Grill'. There is also a breakfast place nearby (ok, but not very holistic!)
price & location (next to K-mart, out of downtown congestion)
Bed and pillows were worn-out and hard as a rock, towels were old and worn-out, no clock, no hair dryer, no shampoo, hot water took forever, the only place to hang closes was in bathroom. As above - about what was expected for a one star rating.
It felt a bit ghetto. I know its a Motel 6 and I now know what to expect from a Motel 6.
The room was clean. Well maintained. Up to date.
The room with two double beds is extremely small. The two beds are each pushed against a wall. If there was another person in the bed they would have to crawl over you.No shampoo, kleenex or hair dryer. Very compact. Clean.
Sleek modern look in the bathrooms
I had to ask for hairdryer, coffeemaker, and tissue.
Outside appearance was nice.
Too small of room, ugly décor, poor lighting, hard as a rock bed, terrible towels, lack of privacy in the bathroom; door doesn't lock, the shower sucked!! it was tiny and wierdly positioned with the shower head opposite of the wall.Priced way too high for the level of this hotel. This hotel lacks basic amenities; no shampoo, blow dryer, iron, lock on the bathroom door, charge for internet, it's cheap, cheap, cheap!!! Unfortunately, they can rip you off because they're located in Jackson Hole. Totally unethically priced for what you get. I've stayed at many higher quality hotels and paid a lot less. Very sad. I felt violated having to pay what I did.
