Everyone that worked at the hotel was very friendly and service was great.
The manager that I spoke with was very considerate and hospitable. The room was very clean.
What I didn't like and it is not against the hotel, is that we were given a smoking room and when I spoke with the mgr I had to pay an upcharge to get a nonsmoking rm. My husband has COPD and we could not stay in a smoking room.The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The parking lot was a little small but other than that we were happy there
We went to eat at 7:50 AM. Biscuits were hard. Eggs were like rubber. one couple came after us and there was no food after they left. disappointing.
Nothing really impressed us to be honest.
Commode tank inerts need replacing since it leaked out water all night. We did tell the person at the desk when we checked out that Room 205 needed its commode insides replaced. Noticed water damage on wall by tub area which needs to be fixed andThe 'free breakfast' didn't have enough food out for the number of people that were in the area when we arrived in the area at 7:15 a.m. The lady working the area let things get completely empty before putting 'a little' in the pan, i.e. scrambled eggs. My husband went to get some when she came out with refill but she only put what looked like 2 scrambled eggs in the pan....while there were other people waiting also to get initial plates.
