Cleaning of numbers has not been organised on time and quality
I was on business so only stayed for one night but I liked the way it was very clean, smart, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff with maps and directions to the town, recommendations of where to go. Would like to spend more time in the town
Needed a car to get anywhere
The room was great, the view terrific (make sure you get a room with a view, because if you're on the wrong side of the hotel, you'll be really disappointed) The receptionist (Suta) was really very kind and helpfull and made my stay in Jyväskylä a joy!
I like a room where the windows can be opened... Not sure if it had to do with airconditioning or so, but this was the only drawback.
