Location and Quality was very good. Can't say enough about the restaurant poolside and the newly renovated rooms. Front staff excellent on late checkout and valets were awesome.
So much construction that I would not have stayed there during it. Very noisy and distracting. Only other negative was that there is only one small odd shaped hot tub for all guests.
the view, oceanside, is amazing! the slide is pretty cool too. and the gym is nicer than most hotel gyms!
there's construction going on (and construction ppl checking you out)What an awesome hotel! you cannot go wrong (unless you're looking to hide out from ppl and fun!) the hotel is on the best stretch of ppl watching, sun tanning, snorkeling beach in Maui (we think at least). flamingos, swans, black swans, japanese fish, multiple pools, snorkeling, ocean access, everything! the hotel is next two whaler village which has about three restaurants, as well as the other mega resorts which have their bars and restaurants too as well as as constant activity.
NothingThey ignore me because i reserved by priceline.
-The hotel management understands the guest needs - With kids, The pools, slides, beach and grounds are wonderful - Location
- Small double beds that do not fit 2 thin adults - Small parking spaces and a parking lot that's always crowded - High food prices at restaurants and cafe - not so hot 'hot tub/Jacuzzi' - Have contacted management by email but no one got back to me
staff service, nice view
under constructionI have been satisfied with their overall quality.
They take care of your attention right away.
It was dusty, although the housekeeping came in everyday. The hotel is very nice itself and the staff are very polite and friendly. However, the activities for kids aren't included in our room or resort fees coverage. An activity cost $5, it's not much for a client but it's nothing for the hotel. I think it should be included in the daily resort fees.
This hotel is undergoing a complete renovation and is extremely noisy. This Reno will be going on for some time as it is nowhere near completion. Jack hammering and cement grinding is constant from 9-5 seven days a week. Ruined our vacationStay away from this hotel until renovation is completed, probably 6 months to a year. The noise is unbearable!
clean & comfort bed was very good
novery good & luxury
We stayed at a room that is partial ocean view. the view was very impressed.
The pressure of water was leak. So inconvient shower was regretable.Room, amenities, staff are very good.
construction going on at the same time right next to my room. parking space limited. Hidden charges of $30 for parking and internet connection
