Lots of the services were not available and/or limited due to COVID: 1) no baggage storage. 2) no concierge. 3) limited pool occupancy. 4) limited bar/restaurant hours (if open at all). 5) no room mid week room cleaning. We had a good time, but may have been better.
Cons:Too noisy and no view if sea from our flat

Cons:Bed required replacement. Sank into bed, it creaked and smell of urine. Hot water was warm at best. Requested room switch new room smelled of mold and lingering smoke, old and outdated rooms n furnishings.

Pros:My husband and I checked into Kona Coast on a whim after a miserable attempt at camping the night before. We were beyond pleased with our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming (Tony was awesome!), the grounds were beautiful, and the room was stunning. To say we were blown away by the room would be an understatement! It was a spacious, updated, immaculate villa. The kitchen was huge and stocked with anything you might need (dishes, toaster, blender, utensils, etc.), the bedroom was huge and beautiful with a very comfortable bed, the master bathroom was so clean and spacious, the living room and dining area were comfortable and updated and it was really nice having an extra bathroom as well. And to top it all off, there was a washer and dryer in the villa! The location was also very good. Located right next to a shopping center with a grocery store, drug store, and restaurants, and just a short drive to a more populated area with plenty of shops and restaurants. I can not recommend this place highly enough! Excellent!
Pros:Full kitchen, lots of room. Great reception staff. I called staff on A/C unit. that I did not understand how it worked and they had a maintenance guy there in 5 minutes.
Cons:Very low flow shower head. Only one bathroom not a 1 1/2 bath that I rented here back May and a different floor plan older units area. AM check out would of liked 11.
Pros:Great location, huge condo for the money, and very helpful staff. Everything worked and the quality of the facility was high.
