It was a very comfortable bed.
There were no taxi's available to take me to my convention. It was appropriately located and it met my needs. Thank you.
The elevator as though it was a closet converted to an elevator, appeared unsafe, & made awful noises. Our room was musty smelling, the air conditioner was so loud we couldnt hear ourselves think, tub was broken, floors were dirty. This hotel was awful. The staff was nice but not helpful at all. From the moment we stepped onto the elevator I knew this wasn't a place I felt comfortable staying but they refused a refund. The room was musty smelling and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't think, let alone get any sleep. The Jacuzzi tub they bragged about was nothing more than a busted up tub with 2 aftermarket jets inserted into it....and it was broken! The floor was dingy and the room felt unclean overall. We didn't even have a comforter on our bed, it appeared to be a fire retardant blanket from the 1970's! I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition, I would never use Priceline again, as the...
Everything. I almost threw up walking into building and almost died when I walked into my room. Ended up leaving early and paying for another room at another hotel. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.....Everything. I almost threw up walking into building and almost died when I walked into my room. FILTHY. I had to go purchase bleach spray before using shower. Lack of parking. Staff reserved wrong room. Spoke very little English.Would not return. We cancelled our stay for the following evening in another hotel booked by Price line.
Price, great value for its central location. Free parking!
Water pressure in shower was low, hair blow dryer did not work. Can't expect much from a Hotel with 'best value' in its name, but it did the job (place to clean up and sleep). Its vicinity is also nice within a 5 min drive from places visited.
It was a great location.
Dirty, old, strange smell. Terrible breakfast.I would not stay there again. It wasnt worth the price. Could have used a complete remodel.
The location was ok the staff was nice but the room was no what I expected for the price.
It was old and run down wish I could have seen it before I booked itCost was to much dor what I got and it was old and run down
The location was close to the convention center. It was cleaner than I would have thought. The management is making an effort to keep the motel updated. Lights out in the hallway on the 3rd floor made for a 'creepy' stay. They were not fixed.
No provision for early check out in the face of a blizzard. Rather than stay 3 nights and get stuck staying 1 or 2 more, I had to forfeit my 3rd nights to allow me to get out of Kansas City ahead of the blizzard. For the money it was probably the best your going to get in the downtown KC area. I was cleaner than it looks from the outside. They management is trying.Priceline strict cancellation policies will prohibit me from using Priceline ever again. I found the forfeiture of my last nights fee unfair under the circumstances of the impending blizzard.
Room was clean, and the staff person working the night shift was nice and helpful.
There was no where to park because the snow was not removed from spaces. The staff person working during the day all weekend was rude, and refused to call a cab for us also told us we could just walk.. All because he didnt want to call a cab for us.I would recommend staying at a different hotel!
