The 3 best features were: 1 - distance to 3 Sisters, 2 - Daniel the morning man who always had a smile on his face, good ideas re what to see, and a good word to start your day, 3 - A very comfortable bed.

Continental breakfast was basic but functional. Allowed us to get out and about quickly without having to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Based on the photos of the property when I booked it, I was expecting the rooms at the hotel to be older. We were pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the room was. The beds were very comfortable, everything was in good condition, including the bathroom, which looked more modern than I thought it was going to be.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main town but in a quiet pretty street. It is a lovely building with beautiful grounds . All rooms have an ensuite bathroom . The staff member was welcoming and friendly switching on our air conditioner, advised us of breakfast time , how to access car park etc and made us feel comfortable . The rooms and all aspects of hotel are very clean. Extra blankets and aircon in every room ideal for colder temperatures . Good value for money and we would definitely book there again because of the positive experience all round . Centrally located to all major tourist spots in Katoomba and Leura .
