There is a Pub and restaurant on site.
Our room had a musty odor. Tried to get another room, but hotel said it was fully booked. Noisy 'motel' feel and appearance. This property is simply not 3 stars.
Room was clean
We couldn't check in until later than we would have liked which made things very difficult for us.
Great room, friendly helpful staff and great location.
Room was good size with 2 queen beds. Good location. Close to all amenities and Kelowna attractions. Good swimming pool, hot tub and gym.
Breakfast was not included. Old any noisy A/C they should have replace it with the newer one. We called about it twice and friendly staff come right away with smiling face to fix it. Top notch customer service. A++
Room was a bit dated
Room was clean. The attached 'Perkins' restaurant was quite good for breakfast.
Common areas in need of renovation. A little too close to exercise room and indoor pool when using the main elevator to your room. Mingling with a bunch of noisy kids who are dripping everywhere not so good,
Received vouchers for the pub when we didn't get room service. Front desk staff were very helpful.
The location is a bit further from downtown and West Kelowna.
Loved the location - across from Orchard park mall.Having a Perkins, a lounge & restaurant AND a liquor store made this the perfect hotel. The pool was inside and clean.Great hotel.
We had 2 problems:1- the hotel keys kept de-magnitizing - we probably had to change them 5 or 6 times during our stay2 - the air conditioning wasn't working too well (older model) and we couldn't cool down the room enough, but it was 36 degrees
Location was key for us. Being right across from the mall & farmers market was great to keep our toddler busy. Only a few minutes away from the beaches by car.
Rooms are noisy. Especially from the rooms above... If someone is running around up top, you'll hear every step.
Free upgrade at check-in.
No toilet upstairs in master loft.
The room size is good. In room Seattle-best coffee is a plus!
I see several people always missing their way to find elevator. Hotel should put more clear sign of direction in case of fire, etc.
Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Cleaning staff also efficient. We liked having a restaurant on premises and Mall across the street.
location was good, price was decent.
The air conditioner was very old, and loud. Other than that the room was decent. We were put on the ground floor and there seemed to be a team of young boys in rooms near us, who were running around late at night and being loud. we had to call security.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable. The beds were awesome!! Slept so well!!! The pool area was great, well looked after. Everything was fantastic!!!
No, there was no problems at all staying here. We were very happy we picked the Ramada and will continue to stay at the Ramada when we return to Kelowna a it was excellent!
Nice staff. Good location. Nice restaurant.
Older room-smelled funny. Bad channels.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good rates.
Restaurant was disappointing as the tables were not cleaned when we sat down, yet the restaurant was not busy. No alcohol was served at the restaurant and we were not allowed take a minor in to the pub to eat there so it was a little disappointing also.
Choose for location to dental office and family restaurant. Was medical trip for child, mother and grandmother
Cloth bathmat was hanging over edge of tub as should be with unopened bar of soap on it. Mat was wet as if just removed from washer. Told front desk. Never had this happen before. Can't understand how anyone with any common sense would put a wet mat there
the room is really dirty and smelly. In the middle of the night some drink woman was screaming for long time. Said include breakfast but not
Location was the best. Overall, it was good for what I needed and met the price I paid. Just a friendly suggestion to make the experience even better I would say it just needs a little updating IE: lobby area, elevator, bathtub.
I did not like being in a ground floor room that overlooked the parking lot. We like to have the windows open.
It was very clean and well-appointed, great decor.
The bed was small and so hard that neither of us slept at all. The purpose of a room is to sleep, yes? The water in the shower kept changing temperature so that it went back and forth from warm to cool to scalding the whole time.
Location is great. The room is great. Staff is very friendly.
Price is a bit high.
close to everything good parking
cards needed to be renewed often
Staff was friendly and responsive.
Facilities are aging and showing it. Rooms have very little sound proofing, outside noises are a definite problem.
Room smelled like mold and old smoke. Rooms were partially renovated ie. vanity was but not the 1970's tub/tile. The heat finally kicked in at 3 in the morning and went from too cold to too hot. The room felt crusty. Poor sleep. Thin blankets.
Hotel is old and outdated.
Direct access to room from parking lot
WI-FI didn't work, staff didn't respond when told about WI-FI, smell of cleaning fluids
Building didn't collapse
It's a very old, creaky building.
There was hair in the towel and dust in the sink, internet was very bad. In the Priceline I bought including free breakfast and they did not.
Location, staff. They offered me an upgrade even though the hotel was very busy.
The hotel room was noisy. The windows and walls are not No sound proof so you can even here the water coming down the pipes. The deposit for incidentals was very high
The bathroom was upgraded and was the only thing in this hotel that is 3 star.
The pool area was run down, Wall finish was degraded, scum on tiles at waterline, lights had dead bugs, dirt in the shades and the table and chairs were something from a 1 star hotel, mix and match.
overpriced, odd smell in room, cranky, old, through the wall air con, lumpy pillows
cleanliness of hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Our bathroom not cleaned properly, dirty glasses..carpets in public area are filthy
It was a nice room, although we had to pay more than what we originally paid for on priceline.
When we booked, we asked that it accommodate 2 people. When we arrived, they told us the only way we could get two separate beds was to pay an extra $10.
The day we left
The first room we went in smelled like smoke and it was run down and a motel 8 at best
Check-in was good. After that all down hill.
The night staff rather kick you out then deal with the room issue. The security is racist.
We were on the first floor, which did have a convenient back door, but was offset by the noisiness of the nearby pub. The room still was not completely clean, as we found mold in the shower and cherry pits on the floor. The staff was very friendly, and as the problems were addressed, they did not hesitate to fix.
