PK staffers were very diligent in their quest to make the hotel first class. Thank you for your efforts!
Our room phone never did work. Internet service was frequently interrupted. BR sink faucets functioned poorly. The White Sox did not win too many games.
Beautiful resort with amazing gardens surrounding four pools. Reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer!
The location was nice....
Too pricey for what you get. Don't expect to relax! More of a party hotel. Thought I was back in college but then I couldn't afford it.
Loved the resort and public areas. The bartender was the nicest lady I have ever seen. She made our trip.
When we arrived at 6pm I was told my room was not ready as I had made my reservation an hour before....so I guess rooms don't get clean unless there are reservations made which made no sense.
Beautiful, large, quiet rooms; free parking
Beach front but can't swim in the water.
Townhome style hotel rooms with porches and balconies. 4 pools. Shuttles to the beach. Next to Walgreens.
Late check in time.
Expensive for what you get. No extra incentives are included in what you pay for the rooms it all costs extra. Rather go to the marriott just down the road again.
great value for money.
food was a bit pricey and left a bit to be desired.
Very nice and beautiful
The room we had was very nice. We had multiple view balconies and it had a townhouse like feel to it complete with a living room and 2 bedrooms/2 baths on different floors. The resort was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The 4 pools were located side by side with flora and fauna separating each other and were filled with salt water. Each pool area having fresh water showers to rinse off with. Check out was super easy, you just called the front desk to checkout.
The only negative comment is the parking. The number of parking spaces within the resort does not accommodate the number of guests. We had to park beside a Walgreens which was near the resort but did not have walkable pathways to the resort. We had to walk through trees and climb a slight hill that had no traction.
I will most likely find a different hotel to stay at next time .
