Pros:Someone tried to break into the sliding glass door of our room on the second floor....management did NOTHING and we had to personally deal with the police. The staff at the front desk assured me that a manager would call me back with a resolution....of course that never happened.

Pros:The rooms were clean and spacious.
Pros:Rooms are extremely spacious and extremely clean. The customer service is off the charts! You can't beat having such a large room for the money.
Pros:The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel is near from old town and we spend much time there. The breakfast was ok.
Pros:I love the rooms...definitely get more than what you pay for!

Cons:The late night manager was extremely rude( unfortunately I didn't get his name or I would say it). When I checked in and when I made the reservation, I made it clear that I would be celebrating a birthday, and they said It wouldn't be a problem. It was a Saturday evening when without warning the manager showed up with the sherrif. The manager threatened to kick us out in a very rude fashion. Also it was difficult to communicate with the house keeping staff due to the language barrier.
