The different choices for breakfast, the 1st and 2nd shift desk clerks were very polite, it was quiet.
The 3rd shift guy at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. He came up to our room and basically called my girlfriend a liar. He said he would inform the next shift about our new reservations and didn't.
Room was clean, staff was nice, and the price was very reasonable.
I didn't have any complaints.
Convenience to everything in the area
Very small rooms and took forever to get assistance at the front desk
I requested a non poking room upon check in and was given the run around about having chosen smoking on line and a catch 22 developed at 1 am while my wife and daughters waited
The check in was super easy.
The hotel shower had mold in it. The air conditioning unit was broken and I had to pin the curtain over it back to get the air to blow throughout the room.
I appreciated the easy access to the highway
The hotel was very old and clearly in need of updates. The smoking rooms smell as if no one ever cleaned them. the heavy smell and haze of smoke was evident.
Close to places to eat
Room was not made up properly; the hotel overall was dirty and things like sinks and showers have been poorly maintained.
Everything was great except the internet.
I wanted a decent, cheap room for one night because I was meeting someone in the morning on business. I thought I had sent an important e-mail but found out in the morning that the connection had been broken and my message was not sent.
-It was in a bad neighborhood -Dirty -Smelled
