Though in need of a little refurbishment in some areas, the hotel has overall maintain its deluxe standard and is ideal for both fit and groups. Jun 98 'Istana' means 'palace' in malay. Just as the name tells, the outlook of the hotel looks like a small white palace with black tinted glass panes. The hotel is within the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur, where the major offices, shopping centres and entertainment area are found.
