my son who is 7 yrs was not served welcome drink & some issues were created during buffet BF as the room was alloted only 2 BF xcoupons, though the booking was for 2 adults & 1 child
Nothing, rude and Obnoxious
nothing i want a refund!
Good services from the front desk
1) To improve on the breakfast menu 2) To have more training to restaurant staff
I would have liked a more extensive breakfast selection for western tastes
Clean and central to shopping, restaurants and beach
Pools closed from 8pm till 8am.
Good and frendly staff
Unfortunately an unhappy event happened during my stay. The hotel has an explicit note on the mirror in the toilet warning guests not to drink from the tap. The hotel provides 2 bottles of drinking water on compliment. When I checked out, the hotel wanted to charge me for consuming the mineral water in the mini-bar. The misunderstanding arose from the inexplicit notice - the complimentary drinking water refers to bottles that should be placed at the desk, but since none were there, we thought the mineral water in the mni-bar were the complimentary ones. Rather unpleasant to be arguing over 2 bottles of water when we had already paid us$120 a night for the hotel room.
The rooms were cleaned daily and there were 2 x pools to choose from.
The staff at reception were not very accomodating, breakfast was very average and far from an american breakfast as advertised. The staff were not as friendly as all the other hotels we have previously stayed at. When departing it was like extracting teeth trying to get them to book transport back to the airport then they over charged for the trip.
I liked the location, rates, room service and cheap and delicious food in the restaurant.
Very low acoustic opacity in rooms - you're lucky if your neighbors don't snore at night. Pool is opened only until 8 p.m. Frequent sudden blackouts (electricity and water). Restaurant waiters often mixed orders and miscalculated the total price in the receipt.
Quiet and relaxing.
Our phone stopped working and I needed to use right away for some business it but we did not find the night staff very sympathetic or helpful in solving the problem or offering to help us out to make the necessary phone calls. I was told we had to wait for the next day and a technician would ckeck the problem. No staff offered to allow us to use the phone at the main desk.I thought this was very unprofessional,
We stayed only one night but did enjoy the spa
The first room they gave us was with no windows, and very smelly. The second one was also smelly but more acceptable
