Excellent value for money. Extremely nice staff, difficult to find anywhere else. Very interesting old town with a relaxing atmosphere.
Location and the city. Staff at the gym very nice.
Unconfortable beds, rooms are a bit old and lack of decoration, the hotel allows people not installed in the hotel to use the pool, so when we intended to use the poll we had to sit on the flor cause there were no chirs available for hosts...
Conveniently situated as a base to explore the Douro valley. Helpful staff and excellent value for money.
The Sunday's buffet lunch in the Hotel is fabulous.
