Convenient location for my needs. Clean room. Got low price.
Price and location.
The breakfast wasn't fresh w/ the fruit or drinks.lack of parking spaces.
Exterior doors. Neighbors hung outside in the parking lot and made me uncomfortable. The posted rate on the sign at the street was xxx and I paid xxx for the room. I will not stay here again.
Right off of the highway.
The bathroom was dirty, the 'breakfast' that we were supposed to receive was a stale muffin and expired oatmeal (I have the package dating an expiration in 2012), and the heat did not work. This should be categorized as a one star hotel. My biggest issue prior to booking was that Priceline doesn't accurately rate their hotels and this proved to be correct. You can't aggregate a comfort inn/ holiday inn express in the same group as a red roof inn motel that appeared as though it could have been rented by the hour. I even went as far to ask about the rating system in an online chat and to reassure me your associate said you hold your ratings to a higher standard than 'national averages'. However, given the partnership with the Red Roof Inn in Lansing, MI, I find this hard to believe and probably will not book again with Priceline through any of their 'tools' to save money. In my opinion, without a more accurate hote...
that it was close to the highway and restaurants
everything was just terrible. Worst hotel I've ever been to...Ashes in the drawers. Dirty counters. Stained disgusting bedspreads. Stained sheets with short curly hairs (!!?)French fries on the floor under the chair. Dirty, unwashed counter. Door with splatters (pop?) from floor up about 4 feet. Heater didn't work...was given a fitted mattress pad and another bedspread to cover up with and the mgr walks out saying 'good luck with that'. You couldn't PAY ME to go back. Totally disgusting....(and this is 2 rooms after I complained and they put me in another SLIGHTLY better room!)
It too far from east lansingIt's not bad .
The location and the price (Priceline Negotiated)made this a good deal. I have stayed three times
Some of the clients are noisy, I think they are Willy Robertson want-a-be standing around outside talking loudly till 11:00 PM.I would not stay here at full price, but for the PL price it was a good deal. Clean, but noisy, due to the clientele. I have stayed here 2 other times, the noisy guests are the only complaint.
The room was nice with a great desk. The bathroom was small but the functional and clean. The bed was comfy and there was even a refrigerator and microwave in my room!! It was a great room for a 2 star hotel. The aircon/heater worked so nice!
The bathroom was a bit cramped.Overall it was a great stay!
not a great deal for the cost. hotel is run down only a few cable channels and NO IRON & BOARD! I thought that was standard equipment...would rather not stay there ever again unless the bid amount is unber xxx.
Excellent value (through Priceline). Substantial savings, as advertised, from regular price.
N/A. It met my procing and hotel expectations.Decent room, excellent Priceline bidded pricing, excellent location to freeway and other sites (shopping, food, etc.) in the area.
