I didnt like that nobody previously mentioned the resort fee as mandatory, i didnt use the resort fee at all and i was surprisingly charged by 100 dlls extra during my stay. Not good. What can it be done to return those to me?

Always wanted to stay at Cesar's and when I saw 100 a night i jumped on the deal. But the hotel quality even though it's 5 star, it's exactly the same as any other hotel I stayed at in Vegas. Luxor, Monte Carlo, hard rock, all the same there's no diff.
Rooms did not have bathroom doors. A/C was old and noisy

Place was really clean. Pool was really good. Food was also good. Overall had a good time but ended up mostly at some of the other hotels.
Cost for what you get was just ok. Had friends at other hotels that paid less and had the same great time. Like anywhere on the strip, alcohol outside of the casino is crazy expensive. Cosmo was a better crowd for the same cost of the drinks

The Manager tried to make it up to us at the end, appreciate that so much, but it won't change our mind.
I pre-checked in through Kayak. Confirmed a non smoking, two queen beds, strip view. Said allnwe need to do is grab our keys at check in. We arrive and wait 45 minutes becauae they only have two people checking everyone in. Someone takes us to the 7 star check in counter, the lady checking us in says she can't find us. I tell her a couple ways to spell my last name and she finds us. She tells us they only have a smoking room left. Long story longer, she gets her supervisor. I show the supervisor the email saying we already pre checked in. He tells us since it's through Kayak, it's not a guaranteed check in. Then he says the only thing they can do is give us a non smoking room, pool view. We settle with the pool view, get to our room, and the keys don't work. We had to call security to let us in. Security comes, let's us in and it's a smoking room. I call the front desk and they tell me it's a non smoking room. I explain that its actually a smoking room. She insisted we were in a non smoking room. I'm losing my patience and ask for a supervisor. The supervisor tells me it's a non smoking room and there are no other rooms available so she can't do anything. I explain my son is allergic to the smoke and she insists again it's a non smoking room. I invited her up and ask her to smell it for herself. She then agrees to get us another room, but it would be in a different tower and it would be a downgrade. She says it is a downgrade but is with two queen beds. It takes an hour for the bellman to arrive. After we told him jow long we had been waiting, the bellman tells us he doesn't understand what took the front desk so long to dispatch him. They dispatched him only 15 minutes ago. We walk to the other side of the hotel, get into our room and it's a really old Jr suite that smells like a musty butthole. My daughter starts unpacking and when she gets off the floor, her bottom is all wet. The floor is soaking wet like they had just scrubbed the carpet. And to make things worse the beds are two DOUBLES. Kids are tired and want to eat, it's 72 degrees in the room so I turn the thermostat down to 55 degrees. We leave to eat, come back and the room is only at 70 degrees. I call the front desk and they send maintenance up. The guy has to change the filter and it goes down to 68 degrees. Next day we get up to go eat and I call for house keeping to come before we get back. We get back 9 HOURS LATER (11 PM) and no house keeping. I call the front desk just to get some towels and tell them housekeeping never came. Nobody comes for 45 minutes. I call housekeeping AGAIN and I tell her I just want to take a shower, what is it going to take to get some towels? They bring the towels up in 10 min later. So disappointed in this 5 star hotel.
The hotel is beautiful. Lots to do. Great restaurant, shopping!
The view from our room was horrible! The tower we were in needs lots of updates. A/C unit was very loud everytime it kicked on. It smelled really bad on our floor.
Everyone was very nice and friendly.
Loved the location, pools, night club and the views staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come back soon.

Everything is very expensive and for the price of the room and overall experience we will most likely be looking to stay elsewhere during our next visit

Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. Its 35 dollars but worth it. Forum shops were cool. Valet that parked my car and the bellhop guys were all very nice. The bartender at the bar right when you walked in gave me a bunch of tips on stuff to see and the best strip clubs in Vegas!! Room was nice. Very clean. Great view. But Ive had bigger rooms in Vegas.it was nice just not the Rain Man Suite. All my Facebook friends loved the pics I posted of the view from the room. It was gorgeous.
Tables are pricey..25 dollars to play BlackJack is out of my price range. But you can walk across the street and play at the Flamingo for 5 dollars or take a short cab ride to Hooters and play for 3 dollars. The high dollar tables have a way of keeping out the undesirables. But they still let me in.

Caesars Palace was a great place to stay. Location wise especially, very accessible to all other hotels by foot which was a real convenience. Room was really nice as well. Staff was very friendly
The pools, which were a big disappointment. In order to sit at the pool you had to pay for chairs. You would think with the price you pay you would have access to the pools. The only one that we were "allowed" to use was the one in the far bal as that was the only one with sunshine and regular chairs. And it was packed! I would think when you travel and the hotel offers a pool it should be available to ALL guests. I found it very inconvenient and glad we didn't go during busy season. The chairs were 50-500/day!

The employees were incredible and very accommodating.
The bathroom smelled of mold and we received some extra towels one night and they smelled of mold too. In the bathroom, there was mold/ rust spots on the floor.
We took an upgrade to a suite because regular rooms were not ready. Although it was a huge room the decor was very old and dated. The common room was large and smoked in to the point that it was musty. The bedroom was fine.

The TV system needs some serious upgrading. Not that I used it much but the remote is terrible as is the picture quality.
