To much smoke, The resort fee was for what, a pool under construction? Guess we paid for something someone else gets. What a rip off. The room had dirt and dust all over everything. Old room key and papers on top of the entertainment center. The cleaner must of been to short to see on top. Holes in the curtains. Paint coming off the tile floor. Whoever made that decision to paint the floor was stupid. Faucet would not shut off. No bag for ice bucket. Over all not happy
Staff was polite and friendly
Hotel need lots of repairs. Things are old and broken. The heater in our room made a loud noise all night long. The hotel rooms have not been updated in at least 30 years. Walls are paper thin.
Near of the strip Good relation price/quality Wi-Fi
Bath supplies quality is bad The extractor doesn´t work! Fisrt day OFF, other days permanently ON
The proximity to the strip is good. A short walk to the Monorail made getting around easy. Staff are friendly, and do a great job keeping fresh linen and towels stocked.
Bathroom: Could use a remodel and facelift to replace the worn out flooring and fixtures. Shower, toilet, and sink were slow to drain, and the absence of an exhaust fan results in a very steamy and humid room. Room: The staff do a good job making up the beds and replenishing linen and towels daily! However, the mattresses on the two double beds had significant sagging in the center and were very worn. The reading lamps between the beds seemed to have an electrical short and would turn on only after repeated attempts. Although we never received a noise complaint, the door to our room would slam with such force that that it shook the walls and resonated down the hall. Resort Fee: A Resort Fee of $89.36 was Charged at check in. The hotel does not have an operational pool, spa, sauna, fitness room, breakfast bar, or other amenities to justify a resort fee of this amount.
I paid very low price online. Thus, no right to complain I guess. The blankets were ridiculously thin. The front desk girl lacked any customer service interest. Overall, a fine location and price but I would never go back
Dirty, poor customer service
Location of hotel was very convenient to the airport.
Rooms were so dingy, outdated, and filthy. Bathroom didn't look clean at all. Mirrors and faucets still had spots from prior use and not cleaned. Bathtub was still dirty and not cleaned. Floors in the bathroom and all over hotel room didn't get vaccuumed.
They need to implode the building and start over. I have never stayed in should a messy and dirty hotel ever. It is old, out of date rugs look like well have been there from the date it was build very desucting. TV old tube ones, bath tile and bath tube have crakes, bugs I had to move to a different room from the first one I was put in. What a mess never again.
Crazy cheap, about $20 before the "resort fee" charged at all Vegas hotels, which I easily made back on bobble craps. A lot less overwhelming than many other Vegas casino-hotels. $1 minimum bobble craps with good drink service.
Room was not very well cleaned (found bottle caps from previous occupants) and overall the place physically seemed a little tired and run down (in comparison to Vegas opulence). The room had a newish looking Keurig coffee maker, but it was broken :( The pool apparently closed for renovations the day I arrived, so not only did I not get to use it, but had to listen to jackhammers outside my window starting at 7:30am. I assume this last issue is temporary, but given the situation it's poor customer service to give anyone a pool-facing room if there are others available.
Yeah, it's an older place and slightly off the Strip, and it's not the Trump. But it's also fun and charming if you like the whole Hooters theme. My wife and I are regulars at the downtown Phoenix Hooters, so we fit right in. The price is definitely right, and it's a very easy walk to the Strip or the Monorail. We asked for a "quiet room," and they put us far away from the elevators. It was indeed quiet, and we slept very well. The room was spotlessly clean, housekeeping was great and friendly, and the bed was SUPER comfortable with very nice pillows. Check in was smooth and efficient, as was the valet service. We visited three of the four bars in the hotel. Two were great, one was okay (it was Thanksgiving and I can understand not being super happy to work that day). The actual Hooters girls in the restaurant were high quality, pretty girls, as I expected in Vegas. WiFi was strong, no issues with my wife watching Netflix while she did her hair and whatever. 8/10, would stay again.
Our only issues were that the plumbing made some noise when we ran really hot water in the shower, and the air handling unit was slightly louder than I prefer. Minor problems, though. The areas outside the elevators do need to have the floors refinished.
My room number was 1028 and next to me room 1029 was so loud and annoying when people waking up so I don't know why the receptionist never asked me if the room have access to the next door room
Location I love it this is not the first time I staying in Hooters
I was worried after reading some of the reviews and my sister stayed there once and had to change rooms because of a lack of cleanliness in the first. However, my experience was good; checking in was possibly the quickest I've ever experienced and my room was clean and spacious. Was well worth the money.
Enjoyed the location, restaurant, different types of wagering and affordable price.
Elevator malfunctioned briefly.
the rooms are spacious, clean the bed was comfortable
not many channels on the TV
Food in the Hooters restaurant was great.
We booked online and what we arrived we were told they had to "steal" a room from someone else to accommodate us. Room was in terrible need of an upgrade. Shower didn't work, toilet handle falling off. When you did get the shower to work, water came through the wall by the bed. TV was very old and remote didn't work very well. Carpets were gross, glad my kids were not with us. I thought that a large franchise like Hooters would have a lot nicer place to put their name on. Bad stay put a damper on the trip.
The staff is very helpful and nice. The girls are beautiful.
It's not very clean, not up-to-date, it's seems like they've kinda give up on the place. It's too bad cause it has all the potential in the world and it's HOOTERS!
We mostly stayed here because of location and the inexpensive price. The room needs updating but the pool was nice and the staff we encountered were all pleasant and professional. We didn't go to Vegas to hang out in a room, so if you have the same attitude I would recommend this hotel.
Location was good.
The balcony sliding door fell off the track, holes in wall/floor and the shower pressure was miserable.
Good location by the strip.
Construction early in the morning right outside of balcony window.
The air conditioner got the room really cold.
Was not happy to be charged a resort fee ($17.95) on top of the hotel charge - nothing resort-ish about the place at all. Room was old, bare bones, carpet was dirty, linens smelled like smoke (non-smoking room). Will not return for any price.
The bell hop was nice, the front desk weren't very pleasant, room service was good
Our room seemed very old, it didn't seem as clean as last time we were here. We paid for a view, very disappointed
Nothing! Never staying here again!
The fact that my car's window was smashed in and all our stuff was stolen.
Bed was better then expected
Really low flow shower head - and water temp was not consistent throughout the shower
The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
This hotel should not be allowed to operate any longer. The rooms are absolutely filthy (carpet, bathroom) and there is nothing new at all. The curtains are ripped, the hairdryer was broken, the mirror in the bathroom was damaged, the chair had stains (and was the cheapest one available) etc. There is no chain on the door for safety. The rooms are very noise from the bar and from the airport. Inspected two rooms in different areas of the hotel and they were of the same poor quality. Shortly after I checked in, I checked out again and went to a real hotel.
This is the worse hotel I've stayed at, on or near the strip. The motel 6 has cleaner rooms than this...
One bartender was nice and that was about it.
Food Room was very old , dirt, smelled. Beds were terrible. Service The whole hotel needs renovations.
Nice pool area and location is pretty good.
Cigarette burns all over the carpets and most wood surfaces. There were three pictures on the walls and every one of them had a hole in it.
I pay onlein then the ask 100% whot I pay onlein on top of it..for fees..pool.. gym.. security ..whot I not use at all..why the not tell me this fees when I book online...I never book there if I know this at that time... it's price 2 like it looks first...it's a rip off...customers will be trick..bad deal..you can get better deals for sure
I mean, the parking for me as insanely great. The location was awesome, and the room was great. The only thing was one of the towels looked like it was used, but other than that, i mean, I'ma 22 year old that wants somewhere to crash that isn't going to give me bed bugs, and this place was it.
the location, the service were good. The rooms were nice & the pools were awesome.
the smokiness of the entire building as we have allergies.
The person checking me in was quick and efficient. I only waited in line for 3 minutes compared to 25-20 minutes at Excalibur Hotel. Rate was also better!
Fire Alarms went off at 3:00sm No one can predict such a situation, however, I was asleep!
ACCESSIBILITY TO PARKING
Las Vegas Hooters has been my "go to" hotel in Las Vegas for several years....approximately 48 rental nights. BUT, the mattresses are terrible, this was my last time at Las Vegas Hooters. I'm sorry to say that, but i need to find another place. thanks, ed TULSA !!
They messed up my car and kicked me out the hotel when I had a problem with that
People were friendly staff was great
Old plumbing leaking tub & running toilet noise
I didn't like the room at all it looks like a cheap motel
It would be easier if I tell you what I did like..just a bed
our hotel room was nasty there was pubic hair in the bed. We ended up not even staying there switched immediately to luxor.
Extra charges i paid my reservation by credit card then at the desktop i was requested to pay extra fee of 17 dlls i was on my way out of the country so that was an unexpected expense for me
Always let us check-in early with a $20 fee of course, stayed here twice before with my bf because their rooms are affordable.
they would be get a 10 if they were cleaner, the suite we got this time was a tad bit cleaner than the previous room we had last time. the elevator doors on the right side that leads to the suites tends to get stuck so you have to push the doors.
I chose Hooters because of the cost. It's an older Casino but it's nice for its age. I will be back in the future.
We found drinking straws on the carpet that were used. They were next to the bed .
