A lot of things but it was expected with the one star rating.
Great options at the casino. Good value for last minute booking and not too far from the strip for vacation. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Room area well insulated from louder casino area.
The bathroom sink was slightly broken in my room, it did not detract from the overall experience, but it was unappealing. Some of the main desk staff were indifferent, but nobody was mean or unfriendly.
Pet Park, Smoking, Wifi, Few Cable Channels, Right off high way, Lots of Parking, friendly staff. Compensated for room Catastrophe. Safe and clean outside the rooms.
The window treatments fell off the wall, Beer was left in a dirty fridge, the tub was dirty and stained, the counter skunk was cracked, walls in bath caked with yellow smoke, hall smelt like drugs, room service wouldn't answer, AC was filthy.
Altough rooms where remodeled, bathrooms where 50% remodeled. Sink has seen its fair use and toilet as well, they where clean, but makes you wonder why they did not go all in on the remodeling. Carpet was fair, but will go south w/ time of not maintained.
It was right off the freeway
Smelled like smoke too much
The fact that I was charged for a room that I had changed the reservation
I want my money back. So need a refund
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. This hotel is dog-friendly and they don't charge a pet fee. For around $45 a night, you are allowed up to 2 dogs. Parking, reservations desk, and elevators to rooms are all steps away. Great accessibility.
If you're looking for fancy, high-end accommodations, this is not the hotel for you. However, this place has all the basic amenities including coin laundry, ice and vending machines on each floor. The restaurant has great food at low prices.
The food at the restaraunt was delicious and great priced. The drinks served while playing on casino machines are not watered down, so expect a good solid drink.
No blankets(had 2 sheets and 1 very paper thin blanket). Bed squeaks when u sit or roll...so dont expect hanky panky without neighbor hearing. we heard gunshots in apartment building behind, i found a CRACK PIPE behind the dresser when i droped deodorant.
