The hotel is well located, very central. The property is clean, the staff is very sympathetic and welcoming, everyone made sure that we spent a good time. The property had a lot of documents and information about the city which helped us a lot since we did not know anything about the city before. The city center isn’t that far, 7 to 10min by foot which is great and the beach is like 15min by foot which gives you the opportunity to walk through the side of the beach before getting to it.

We parked one block away from the hotel and the next morning when we went to pick up our car we found out that it had been towed because there was a farmers market there every Sunday. The problem is that this is a recurring problem with the hotel guests as we later found out by the police. In addition, a taxi driver who drove us to the car lot who informed us that he drives customers of the hotel there literally every Sunday. This event ruined our day and we barely managed to retrieve our car before they closed for 2 days. The hotel is also aware of that and to address this it has just put a note on the reception. They could instead inform customers when they check-in not to park there. The only bright spot is the receptionist who really helped us with the problem.

The hotel is well located, very central. The room was large and calm. The facilities might need some renewal, specially he common parts. At breakfast home made products shall be served: they were not many.
