Ok so I give this place a 10 out of 10 due to the fact that it only cost me $-- a night. It was clean, comfortable, and way exceeded my expectations for that price. Now if they were charging like --- a night my expectations would have been a bit high
Seemed to be clean
Stayed 2 nights and maids too used bar soap and didn't replace it. We had no bar soap and the used cups were turned upside down with a new cup over top. Why wasn't the cups replaced? There never was enough breakfast out to feed everyone.
The price, the decor, check in was good, access to car park was good. It had a lift, TV size was good, laundry was close to our room, breakfast was sufficient for our needs.
We were given a disabled person's room, which we didn't need, the shower fitting was non adjustable in its cradle. Breakfast bench tops need an overhaul. We booked before the hotel changed its name but received no advice so had to call them to find it.
location, ease to get to, had a nice breakfast
Bathroom area was a bit tight. Didn't like the idea that the lady checking out ahead of me paid ---- per night less than I did.
Quite and handy for area day trips. Good beds and nice bath. Nice pillows!!
confused and incompetent front desk staff
Location in the Deadwood Area during Sturgis Bike Week
Extremely expensive for a very modest room.
The building is definitely old, they have remodeled the entry but the rest is painted over as much as possible but still looks kind of tattered especially the aisles. Not too bad tho. Still worth the money.
Owners and staff are striving to match the major, tasteful remodeling that has just been completed. Great location and great value!
The staff and breakfast.
Broken toilet, paint on the rug, laundry not operational, hot tubs not operational
The price was great and the staff was wonderful!
No continental breakfast.
