Never got my car... When I got there standing at the counter my phone rings and it was a lady in the back then we don't have your car until 3 or 4 o'clock This is not the 1st time it happened 2 weeks ago And she called me the day before and tell me that we will see you at 11 o'clock10.0 Wonderful

The customer service was excellent! We talked with Theresa and Hope and they were so nice and helpful and overall genuine! We vehicle we got was in perfect condition and we had no issues with it on our trip. We really loved our time with enterprise and will be returning customers.8.0 Very good

They eventually took care of us and we loved the truck we got.Cons:
We made 3 different reservations. They only had one of them. They didnt have our car at our pick up time. They were going to give us a van which they then gave to someone else. Then they didnt have a car for us at all and we had to go to a different location just to get one. Which was a truck. We had to spend almost the whole price of the rental on gas just to get it back to full. Wouldnt have had to do that if we got the car we requestedHertz

I wound up paying more than twice the quoted rental price. Avis hides the fact that they charge by the mile in paperwork that no one explains to you, and of course there are several pages of it. This is by far the worst business transaction I have had with any company. DO NOT use Kayak or Avis!Budget
