The heating unit was incredibly loud, it was very hard to sleep.
Easily accessible off the highway.
The first room they put us in had a pizza box in it as if it hadn't been cleaned.I always like Comfort Inn's, they are a reasonable price and the staff is friendly.
There was a very misleading pet policy. Nothing in their site or the Priceline site for them indicated a $25 charge for a pet. Had I known that, it would have factored in heavily my decision of where to stay!
It was right off the interstate. It had an excellent local resturant within walking distance from the loby called Country Cooking.
Not really, we arrived on the Fourth of July and there was some problem with the toilet flushing properly. Being the holiday, all the staff were off,but the office staff came and did what they could. Completely understandable. Their effort was great. An excellent choice for easy on and off the interstate. Breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen staff very attentive that nothing ran out and everything fully stocked. The swimming pool is small compared to other places, but adequate. Place is well kept up and clean. Although we did not have a pet, they do allow pets and provide them with a wonderful area for them to do their business.
It was clean and staff was friendly .
Beds were too narrow for a double bed. Breakfast was too crowded. Too many people for that small size room. The staff was helpful and hotel was clean . But breakfast room was way to small. Was like feeding time at a zoo.
The staff worked with us when we had issues. Very friendly.
The breakfast was good, the staff was nice. The first room we received smelled like burnt, chemical plastic. We got a second room on a different floor which would not open because the bolt lock was over the door. The 3rd room had no warm water and the toilet did not flush plus the outlet did not charge our phones. That's about it.
