the room is good and it was clean.
the hotel stuff is not really friendly. I has an impression that the stuff is struggaling with the client's requests. The internet access cost 10 euros and apparently it can be used for 48 hours. however as soon as you log off you lost your credit. The fresh drinks were not really good quality and clearly overpriced. Overall, i can say that hotel service is bad.
The staff ,the rooms and the position
Itwas used for corporate and private functions which sqeezed us out of the hotel 'sl ounges etc. eg 450 accountants one night. The meals were expensive if you were on a bed and breakfast tariff, there were no no smoking public areas
the general goodwill of the staff
perhaps a little more general touristic knowledge of the front office and of the some of the taxis present
