Qwerkiness, the style and setting. The welcoming staff. No but it would be nice to have a comfortable sitting area in the reception area . This is a wonderful place to stay. Jim is an excellent innkeeper who cooks a great breakfast.

Absolutely spectacular. Service, service, service - a lost art in too many places - the team at the Overlook Mansion - Jamie, Steve, Jim, Sherry and Bellagio from the moment we arrived - from the best breakfast to the last evening cocktail wonderful!! We couldn't stay longer - we already miss the grandeur and comfort of our room overlooking Little Falls and the thoughtful dining recommendations - one great unexpected experience after another!! A place like no other - charm, character, history and beauty rolled into a delightful experience by a truly great intelligent and gracious team with care and competence! Jamie, Steve, Jim, Smitty, Sherry & Bellagio are magical. They convey a feeling of welcome that is hard to explain - from custom made breakfast by a talented chef to casual cocktails in the tavern.
