I was very disappointed because when I picked the car I specifically asked for the insurance, as I always do when renting a car. They told me it was added but I don’t pay attention when initializing and signing the contract. Unfortuanately I had a minor accident when parking the car when I returned the car. The people at the Hertz facility could have been a little nicer. I called to change my reservation, ensured it was changed, go to the location and they had no recollection of the new reservation time. There were no cars available and therefore had to wait until my original time to pick up the car. They offered no apologies for my inconvenience on their behalf and were very rude about the whole situation. Will be going with Enterprise from now on.Budget

The fact that the budget rental office at Little Rock Airport doesnt accept payment via debit cards was not identified when I made my reservations online ...using a debit card. The staff at the little Rock Clinton airport were very rude to me and delayed my departure by 35 minutes, over the fact that my credit card says "Jay Joiner" instead of "James Joiner". I showed multiple identifications showing my name as Jay, and the manager still was dismissive and unapologetic.2.0 Poor
