The room was nice and the beds were soft. The only problem was that the TV didn't work and that's cause the guests before me had stolen the HDMI cable but Hotel Employee was awesome in Heloing U.S. figure it out
The TV didn't work
Clean, modern, and great staff
I was charged more than my receipt said. We came in the room to a smell and there was old food in the refrigerator. Obviously not cleaned out. The bathroom garbage had not been changed... For the price it was DEFINITELY NOT worth it!!
I liked how easy it was to check in, not be bothered during the stay and the easy check out process. I also liked the friendly staff!!))
I couldn't stay longer!
Loved the bed - very comfortable. And the towels - clean and fluffy. Awesome that I could bring my dog - $25 fee.
Pretty clean. There was a used plastic fork sitting on the floor so it wasn't cleaned thoroughly - but bed and bathroom were clean. Pool was out of order.
Front desk personal very helpful...friendly
Pool out of order...kids were bummed
It was the cleanest hotel I've ever been to and the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. Plus they gave us two cribs for our twin babies and didn't charge us for them.
ExtremelyClean and comfortable. very good breakfast. Overall a great value
The friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was good with good hours.
The pets, especially the dog that barked lots during the night. Also that this family was allowed to bring the dog into breakfast room at table. Very unsanitary to handle a dog then help themselves to buffet food. Not good!
Overall, great quality hotel.
Beds are a little hard, but I have slept on way worse.
The bathroom was very roomy and beautiful.
The bed was harder then any bed I've ever slept in. It felt like they used the box spring instead of a mattress. I was very sore the next morning. They also charged the room for two bottles of water from their lobby that we never purchased.
Large room, nicely decorated and arranged.
Bed was very hard. Shower valve temperature did not remain constant. Went back and forth from hot to cold, over and over, changing from one extreme to the other about every minute or so.
I like the fitness room for its convenience. Beds are comfortable. Service is good. Location is convenient.
The main thing that we had a concern with is the breakfast. The milk in the refrigerator, though not expired, but bad. When I told this to the staff, no immediate action was taken.
Location, newly built, convenient for appointments, etc.
Called & requested handicapped, I was told it would depend if one was available, but would be noted on reservation. Upon arrival was told Shaley (person talked to on phone about request) had Not noted it. . did not get handicapped but had to make do.
We had such a great time. The hotel was quiet, the pool was fun, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Great place to take a family. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
We have stayed at a couple of Holiday Inn Express hotels - they always exceed our expectations. This one, in Logan, UT, is no exception. It is located at the northern end of Logan, so it's not too busy in the area, yet it's not too far from town. Service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent - this is a big deal to me :). They had hot pancakes, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, juice, hot chocolate, etc... Pool and hot tub were lots of fun and were perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable, and the room looked very nice. The staff was helpful. I can't think of anything to complain about.
The hotel was clean, quiet, and had a great breakfast. It is a little outside the center of Logan, but that helped with traffic. Great hotel!
We had a large group staying with us and we were well taken care of. We were able to gather in the common room and use it as a living room with all 15 of us comfortable around the fireplace. It was a beautiful setting with a night snowfall that was wonderful for us Californians. The rooms were tastefully decorated with an up-to-date style. Look forward to staying there again!
We travel to the area often and this is definately the nicest place in town to stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was great. We also appreciated that they were close to many restaurants.
This is a very nice place to stay. Very nice and accommodating staff. We also had room service and it was great. Some of the nicest decor I have seen in a hotel! I will be back!
