The room space, atmosphere, and staff
No room service, no real bar and limited menu.The hotel was fine. I accidently duplicated the booking and your policy is that once made the booking is non-refundable. I understand that but I will be looking to see if similar services also have this policy.
They had painters there sunday morning they were cursing while I wa trying to enjoy breakfast

now vending on our floorIt is in the middle of remodeling but considering that the hotel was very easy to move through, and was clean (other than dried salt on floor, but it was Chicago!)

Great location! Hotel was very clean including the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice and clean. Breakfast was great.
DO NOT clean snow in the parking lot. Unhelpful staff.Very unhelpful staff. I traveled with two little kids, so I asked for a two double bed room, but they gave me one queen bed room instead, and refused to change the room type. I was pretty sure they had two double room available at the same night because I re-booked the hotel with two double bed for the same night on their website after checked-in. For some reason the staff just don't want to give me the room type I want. Priceline customer service was terrible, the rep just kept repeating that they cannot do anything about it. In addition, this hotel didn't shave snow in their parking lot, I had to dig out of the parking lot by MYSELF (30mins work) on the day I left. Terrible service.
Location, Location, Location - Close to Yorktown Mall and not too far from Oak Brook Mall, and a bevy of area resturants. Good sized lounge area in room (King bed, sleeper sofa). Plenty chairs to hang out in public areas.
Small bathroom. No programable thermostat (window unit with basic hot/cold, high/low fans). I've had better sleeper-sofa matresses. No hot tub in pool area. No laundry facility.Hotel in the middle of renovation during our Christmas stay. I'm guessing redone rooms completed sometime in Jan 2014.
Workout room didn't have much equipment. Cable and free weights.very happy, will def return.
