The room was reasonably priced and clean. The location to shops in Golders Green and Hampstead Heath was very convenient.
The room was a little small.
Brilliant value for money if you're looking for somewhere cheap but don't want to stay in a hostel, great location, would definitely stay here again.
When we first arrived the room we were given had a window which would not shut, bearing in mind it was late November, snowing and the room was on the main road this wasn't acceptable. The woman who checked us in was extremely rude and reluctant to move us. However once we were given another room the rest of the stay was great.
Easy access to my business appointment.
The shower. It was not clean around the tiles at the bottom of the door. Also the shower was very hot and you was unable to turn it down!
It was a safe and clean hotel, pleasant smelling clean scent in the air and in fairly good condition. The attached restaurant was very classy and nice, breakfast was surprisingly hearty.
I thought it was a lengthy walk from the Golders Green tube stop but that should have been realized before I booked it I suppose. The £9 per 24 hours we paid for Internet was difficult to connect to, and was good for only 1 iPhone connection, not general access like at many other hotels. I did not like that to use a prepaid international calling card the hotel wanted to charge me .50 per minute even though it was a free call. There was no heat in our room also, and we stopped the breeze from coming in through the window by resting pillows against it. It was a very hard place to get a good nights sleep at.
The staff are so rude! They made me cancel my booking at Golders Greem hotel and after that they charged me even more when I had no choice other than staying at their hotel. They made my stay in London a hell by disabling my key card every single day.
location, price, tidy
room is too small, and it is a little noisy during the night.
near the main shopping street and train station
Lower cost respect to most of other London hotels. Good breakfast. Sufficiently cleaned.
No maintenance: furniture in the room damaged, some water leakage over beds, Low room comfort: no light points and switches close to beds, bad lighting.
Cleanliness of the room
Breakfast was extremely basic, a real let down
Cosmopolitan flavour, although we were older than most of the other occupants. Restaurant offered delicious food.
Room was very small and the lightswitches were inaccessible from the bed. quite a lot of noise from a busy road outside.
