Welcome to our little property nestled just on the outskirts of downtown Montreal in the suburb of Longueuil. We are perfectly positioned just outside the city, making travel in and out of the downtown area quite quick and easy. Our property is now entirely non-smoking, and features excellent amenities for both our business and leisure travelers. While lodging in Montreal - Longueuil, be sure to explore the city's many attractions. Nature lovers must visit the Biodome, Biosphere and the Montreal's famous Botanical Gardens. The Montreal Casino and Bell Centre offer entertainment options for adults, and the whole family will surely love exploring historic Old Montreal or experience the thrills of La Ronde, our very own Six Flags amusement park. We encourage guests of our hotel to take advantage of our numerous business amenities. Our property features 10 spacious meeting rooms with over 6,000 square feet of meeting space. A complimentary Business Centre is located in the lobby, and free high-speed wireless Internet access is provided throughout the hotel for you to stay connected. Business travelers lodging in the Greater Montreal area can also take advantage of the nearby Montreal Convention Centre. Few hotels in Montreal can match our comfortable facility and thoughtful amenities!
we really like the pool, spa, and fitness room... we have stayed here several times because of them.
The location of the Hotel was great just a short drive to the Metro and only two stops into downtown Montreal.
We lost Internet and when we phoned they said there was nothing they could do. There was no refrigerator, microwave and hairdryer...This was a very disappointing room. It was not worth the money and definitely not a four star hotel.
room , lobby, facilities
the hostess of the restaurant was rude
Size of the room for the price
Old furnitures. Needs renovations.
The staff were so very friendly and courteous
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was further from Montreal than we expected. It was not easy or cheap to get into the city.
Price was reasonable as hotel isn't too far from downtown. No charge for parking, nice neighborhood, safe.
Very unhappy with how the staff greeted us when we arrived the hotel. No Monatreal maps out on display, you have to ask the staff for it.
Lots of facilities for kids, nice location in a suburb of Montreal, easy access to the bridge to Montreal, very close to the old town Longueil, lots of great restaurants.
Room cleanliness and how updated it was - gorgeous bathroom!
Lots of noisy kids in the lobby areas, but couldn't hear them in my room which was nice.
Free parking and wifi. Very friendly staff, which included front desk, housekeeping and bartender. Spacious lobby and rooms. Hotel grounds, lobby, and facilities were all nice and well maintained. Plenty of bathroom counter space.
No shuttle to downtown or Longueuil metro. Surrounding area is clean and safe but not much around. Nearest metro to downtown is a little over 2 miles away.
pool and hot tub, the people at the reception, they were helpful
didn't have a closet
Clean. Comfortable bed. Choice between soft and firm pillows. Big breakfast buffet in the hotel's restaurant (not included).
location is just right.
parking space is limited.
The second desk clerk was polite.
Did not like the attitude of the clerk that decided to ingnore our choice of non smoking room.
Someone hit my car in the barking at night
Excellent staff. Very friendly.
The only small problem is the hotel is close to metro station. Need to drive. But still can reach there via bus.
The view was good but hotel location was very far away from downtown
Distinetion from downtown
The Holiday Inn was a good deal (especially the rate I got) - clean rooms, free parking, and relatively easy drive into Montreal. It has a fitness center, pool and restaurant. Continental breakfast is not included, which was not a big deal for us - however would have been nice. Their regular rates are a bit high and you can find places in downtown for around the same - however the free parking is nice, so this is a nice stay for those with cars who dont mind driving into Downtown and parking there for the day.
Good value for the money. I like the area. Longueuil is a small town with a quaint feel. You'll need a car to get anywhere.
The staff were extremely accommodating to us non-French-speaking visitors. They helped tremendously with navigation, which is not easy in Montreal even for French speakers. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool schedule was very liberal -- 8am to 11pm. The workout room had new equipment, and the customer-accessible computers turned out to be very useful (except when the kids tied them up with video games).
EXCELENT RESTURANT. NICE VIEW. FREINDLY STAFF. EASY ACCESS TO DOWNTOWN.
Don't know what that other guy was talking about - I also booked online and had an awesome stay... The hotel was renovated almost 2 years ago and is still way up to par. Staff was warm, friendly and curteous. And even though Longueuil is slightly out of the way, there are some really great restaurants only a few minutes away! All in all, I can't complain... oh yeah bring your swim suits for the pool! CJ
Booked a two bed non-smoking room via the travel website, got a smoking, one bed very noisy room. Terrible service, no apologies and explanations. We where 4 people (2 adults and two kids), so we had to drive back all night all the way to NJ since there where no other rooms available in the area
