Pros:
Loved the car itself, it was an older version but had all the same features as a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Enterprise employees were very nice, prompt, and took care of us during both pick up and drop off.Cons:
1.The cleanliness of the rentals needs to improve. I understand how busy it gets but there should be no question when it come to rushing vs cleanliness, especially during Covid-19. 2. Windows need better treatment. Had to scrub smoke grime (from a nonsmoking car) off of the front and back windshields7.2 Good

I filled out the information online declining all insurance - when I got there they just filled it out how they wanted to and told me they were comp'ing me a day and giving me additional insurance at no cost. THEY LIED. It came up as an additional charge on my CC and I called back - they keep giving me the guys voice mail. NEVER NEVER again. There are many car rental places close to me - I don't have to go to Hertz.Avis

We paid to take an Uber to the site from our hotel only to be told we could not rent the vehicle after reserving it online because we did not have a chip in our credit card and were from out of state. Very disappointed since the whole reason we would require a vehivbehicle is due to the fact that we are not local and do not have access to our own. Absolute waste of time and money.10.0 Wonderful
