Pros:
I was blessed with a free upgrade into a Kia Optima. It had ALL the bells and whistles! The lane assist and alert system was a comfort as I was driving through the night 12 hours. I knew if I did get drowsy the car would tell me and I could pull over.Cons:
I wish the tank was full when I got it. There is no way to take a car back at 5/8th.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
Admin error on their part prevented renting the vehicle. I left after 3 hours, with no resolution. I will never ise Enterprise again.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I received a phone call the day before scheduled pick up. Employee and I confirmed pickup "around 12 noon". However when I showed up at noon the office was closed and I could not get the rental, which I NEEDED as transportation to the airport. I tried calling several times and knocking on door but nobody answered. I was left high and dry. Unacceptable.Hertz
